Data we collect

• Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, professional identity, service of interest, project location, project information and materials you voluntarily upload (photographs, plans, documents).
• Through the newsletter: name (optional), email address, content preferences (optional).
• Technical browsing data (server logs, anonymised usage statistics), processed in compliance with applicable law.

Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form and providing requested services: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter and editorial updates: consent, revocable at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Compliance with legal, accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Protecting our rights and preventing abuse (e.g. form rate limiting): legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Processing methods and retention

Data is processed electronically, with logic strictly related to the purposes above and appropriate security measures to protect confidentiality.
• Enquiry data: kept as long as necessary to handle it and, in case of engagement, to meet contractual and tax obligations.
• Newsletter subscribers: kept until consent is withdrawn; every email contains an immediate unsubscribe link.

Third parties and data transfers

Data is never sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, appointed as data processors:
• Hostinger International Ltd. — website hosting (servers located in the EU).
• Hostinger Reach — newsletter management platform.
Where required by law, data may be disclosed to competent authorities.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of: access (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), erasure (art. 17), restriction of processing (art. 18), data portability (art. 20), objection (art. 21), and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
